Exhibitor Service Centre
The Exhibitor Service Centre provides you with the information you require to order items for your booth including: carpet, electrical, furniture, and more. Order early to take advantage of early-bird rates.
New Exhibitors
All exhibits, products and services must be relevant to and effective and useful in the practice of dentistry. The Ontario Dental Association shall be the sole judge as to the acceptability of exhibits.
If you are interested in becoming a new exhibitor, please complete and submit our New Exhibitor Application form and CASL consent form.
Once you have submitted your forms, and the ODA has reviewed your application, you will be advised of your acceptance status.
If approved, you will be able to apply for a booth on the tradeshow floor or be placed in our mailing list for next years event.

Communications From The ODA
Please complete and submit the form for CASL Consent to receive emails from the Ontario Dental Association regarding the ASM.
International Exhibitors
If you require a letter of invitation to obtain a visa, please complete the International Exhibitor Form.
You must purchase a booth at the ASM, prior to being eligible to receive a letter of invitation.
The letter of invitation does not financially obligate the Ontario Dental Association or the ASM in any way.
Exhibitor Warnings
Scam Alert
The ODA is aware that some exhibitors that have booked multiple booths at ASM25 may be receiving calls from an someone posing as an ODA staff member looking to verify the exhibitors booth space. The scammer only mentions some booth numbers, not all, and this may lead to some confusion.
Please be aware that this is a scam. With the February 14 deadline for booth payments approaching, please make sure your payment is completed only through your secure ODA Expocad account.
In order to mitigate this risk to exhibitors, we will be pausing the Exhibitor Information pages in the ASM25 Show Guide until after the booth payment deadline of February 14.
Exhibiting companies and their booth number(s) can be viewed on the Exhibitor Directory.
The ODA takes the safety of our partners seriously. If you have been contacted by anyone claiming to be from the ODA wanting to speak with you regarding your booth space, please reach out to Cynthia MacDonald, Exhibits Specialist at cmacdonald@oda.ca.
Free Exhibitor’s Directory Listing Warning
Please be aware of companies requesting your information for a “Free Exhibitor’s Directory Listing”. If you sign an insertion order from one of the companies listed below, you may be entering into a three-year advertising contract.

The ODA is compliant with the Privacy Laws and the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation. We do not sell our attendee lists therefore if you receive an email claiming the sale of this information, please do not respond and delete it immediately.
Dental Tribune
The ODA does not have a partnership with the Dental Tribune and we do not promote the sale of advertising space in this publication.
