New Exhibitors

If you are interested in becoming a new exhibitor, please complete and submit our New Exhibitor Application form and CASL consent form.

Once you have submitted your forms, and the ODA has reviewed your application, you will be advised of your acceptance status.

New exhibitor process

1. All potential new exhibitors must submit both New Exhibitor forms and be granted approval to exhibit by the ODA.

2. All approved exhibitors are encouraged to review the Exhibitor Prospectus to learn more about the ODA loyalty points system, costs to exhibit, important dates, health and safety guidelines and other important information items regarding the upcoming ASM.

3. When your loyalty point round opens, you can access your Expocad account to submit your ASM Booth Application and Deposit.

4. You will be notified of your booth allocation as outlined in the Exhibitor Prospectus.

Please note that due to timelines set by the Canadian government, the ODA does not issue or send invitations to exhibitors or attendees to obtain a Canadian entry visa.

How to submit booth applications

Step 1

Approved Exhibiting Companies can log in to their Expocad account and submit their Booth Request Application along with their deposit when their loyalty point round opens

• Round 1 Opens September 16 at noon & Closes September 28

• Round 2 Opens September 30 at noon & Closes October 13

• Round 3 Opens October 20 at noon & Closes November 2

• Round 4 Opens November 10 at noon & Closes November 24

Only submissions with accompanying deposits will be considered for a booth on the exhibits show floor

Step 2

Once the round closes all submissions will be placed in priority sequence and booths will be allocated based on the applicants selected location preferences availability.

It is recommended that all submissions have six different locations in different areas on the exhibit floor

The ODA does not guarantee that exhibitors will be placed in a space specified in their booth request application. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide exhibitors with their requested spaces as provided in their booth applications, or one(s) in a similar configuration based on the information in the booth application.

Scam Alert

The ODA is aware that some exhibitors have received emails from someone posing as an ODA employee announcing that our post show attendee list is ready to be distributed with details on company websites, contacts, emails and more. Please note; that the ODA is fully compliant with the Privacy Laws and the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation. We do not sell our attendee lists. If you receive an email asking if you would like pricing for this information, please do not respond and delete it immediately.

Free Exhibitor’s Directory Listing Warning

Please be aware of companies requesting your information for a “Free Exhibitor’s Directory Listing”. If you sign an insertion order from one of the companies listed below, you may be entering into a three-year advertising contract.
