How do I register?

You will be able to register online beginning January 2018. Registration forms will also be available in the Preliminary Guide, distributed in January 2018.

 


Is the ASM a fully-accessible environment?

The Metro Toronto Convention Centre provides a fully accessible environment. For more information on accessibility and services, visit http://www.mtccc.com/attendees/services.aspx.

 


Can I bring my child(ren) to the ASM?

Babies/infants (non-ambulatory) in arms are permitted in session rooms and on the Exhibits Floor provided they are not disruptive.

Strollers may be used on the Exhibits Floor but are not permitted in the session rooms. If you do use a stroller on the Exhibits Floor, you do so at your own risk. Neither the Ontario Dental Association nor the Metro Toronto Convention Centre will be responsible for accidents that occur due to the use of strollers.

No children between the ages of 2 and up are permitted to attend the Annual Spring Meeting.

There are sessions I am unable to attend – can I get the recordings for them?

Yes, you are able to purchase audio recordings – go to our Audio Recordings page for more information.

 


Can I earn additional CE points after the ASM with the audio recordings?

Is there free Wi-Fi available at the ASM?

Free Wi-Fi is available in the pre-function areas of the MTCC, South Building, with the exception of the session rooms and the Exhibits Floor. Free Wi-Fi usage available up to three hours before it times out. You have the option to log back on to continue usage.

 


Is there a mobile app for ASM150?

The ASM150 mobile app will be available for download in February 2017.
